Roast potatoes December 31, 2017 The Golden Grenadine Roast potatoes are a signature dish as part of any roast dinner. Here's how I make mine Prep time: 5 mins Cook time: 70 mins Yield: 4 - 6 servingsIngredients:8 White potatoes - medium2 tbsp Fry Light olive oil spray (or any other low cal oil spray of your choice)1 tsp Garlic powder1 tsp Thyme1 tsp Sea saltGround Black pepper to taste Method:1. Bring a pot of water to boil. While it is coming to the boil, wash and cut potatoes into 42. Place them into the pot and boil for 10 minutes - this will help make these roasties fluffy3. While potatoes are boiling, preheat oven to 200C and place an oven dish in the oven to heat up4. Drain the potatoes thoroughly and place into the preheated oven dish5. Add the oil spray, salt, pepper and thyme. Then stir gently to coat the potatoes 6. Cook for 60 minutes or until crispy, serve and enjoy
