Ingredients:
8 White potatoes - medium
2 tbsp Fry Light olive oil spray (or any other low cal oil spray of your choice)
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Sea salt
Ground Black pepper to taste

Method:
1. Bring a pot of water to boil. While it is coming to the boil, wash and cut potatoes into 4
2. Place them into the pot and boil for 10 minutes - this will help make these roasties fluffy
3. While potatoes are boiling, preheat oven to 200C and place an oven dish in the oven to heat up
4. Drain the potatoes thoroughly and place into the preheated oven dish
5. Add the oil spray, salt, pepper and thyme. Then stir gently to coat the potatoes
6. Cook for 60 minutes or until crispy, serve and enjoy
